Fred’s favourite thing to do was climb, jump, and fling himself about. If he could get incredibly dirty at the same time, even better. Mud runs were very much his happy place. It was never about being faster, or better, just squeezing out the most fun possible.

To celebrate his life, the Don’t Look Down pack will be taking part in their 4th Junior Wolf Run on Sunday 26th April, in the week of what would be his 20th birthday.

It’s 3k of mud, water and obstacles, or 5k, or 10k if you’re really keen.
